I have had a very hard time rewritting most of the code for my company's website in order for it to work on 1and1's ASP.NET 2.0 partial trust hosting environment.

So many FileIOException errors with very little clue as to the origin of the Exception. Well, happy to say I have cracked them all now and the site is working as used to. Its worth mentioning that I have lost the elegance with which the entire site worked dynamically.

In tweaking the site to work on the 1and1 platform I've had to hard code a fwe things here and there and also deply static html where there is absolutely no way out.
